Eighty People attended a Quiz Night at the St. Cuthbert's Centre, on Saturday 6th February, to raise funds for completing the "Church" as part of St. Cuthbert's re-ordering project.
Questions were asked about the year 2009, The Beetles, Music, Musical connections to the weather, and General knowledge.
The Quiz Night was organised by Deputy Churchwarden, Sue Walker and included a Ploughmans Supper.
The £345 raised at this quiz night puts us (very approximatley) £30,000 short of the £125,000 total required to bring the Place of Worship back into use!
