Charity Giving in 2007

Organic vegetable gardens are an increasingly important part of the work of SEEDS FOR AFRICA.

The children in these projects are taught to grow their own healthy vegetables and these vegetables then form part of a more nutritious diet for them.

This work ensures a more sustainable future and helps reduce illness since they are receiving more of the essential vitamins and minerals which protect against disease.
