• Phase One – March 2004 – May 2005

Convert the Hayling Ave. end of the Church into Doctors Surgery and create new Parish Hall above the surgery. Install Lifts etc. to all floors. Cost £1.7m and fully funded.

• Phase Two – January - November 2006
Portsmouth Housing Association (PHA) will redevelop the existing Parish Hall in Hayling Ave. as nine flats for people over the age of 55 years, to a design that will echo the architectural features of the church. Cost £1m and fully funded by PHA.

• Phase Three – January - September 2007
Complete the Community Rooms in the Centre section of the Church and create a new Place of Worship Space at the South end of the church, next to the Vicarage, at a cost of £916,000.

• Phase Four – 2009

Build Coffee Lounge Extension and complete the Place of Worship, at a cost of approximately £400,000.
